      <description>I used to. Now i put a very little amount of lithium grease on the threads twice a year. Not an issue for me. It could also be that you cross threaded it one time and now the threads are not inline</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if you loosen the lock screw, then turn the camera , it should go back easy the same way...you don't lose the angle setting of the mount.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
