Cannot add two cameras after taking them offline earlier. They sync, but don’t show on my Ap.

Have you tried to go to the device page of the app and add a new device?

Are you using Android or ios app?

Are you on a shared account or are you the original account holder?

The camera lights indicate it synced, but the camera does not show in the app. Batteries are new

Try logging out and back in as well using both the app and a browser.
