      <title>App and web do not recognize my email or password</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please help!!! My account has been hijacked. Today when I tried to lock in my app I was asked to sign in. But neither the app not the web recognised my password. Trying to reset my password I got the message that my email is not registered........!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I really doubt your account was "hijacked" as you think... sounds like an error with the server.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you originally signed in , your email/account was reconized to allow you to change your password in settings&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would attempt again, if NG then you will have to go thru Netgear Support&lt;/P&gt;
