Firmware update/camera offline

I'm trying to update the firmware on one of the cameras and it's not updating and now the camera says that it's offline i tried to remove it and install it again and it didn't work. This system so far it's been a frustrating to work with and the support is so poor.

Have you power cycled the base and opened and closed the camera battery door? Have you verified that the batteries are good?

I have done everything i recharged the batteries, power cycle the base, removed and sync the camera and still no update and the camera appears offline meanwhile the other cameras work fine.

Check all your various devices' firmware levels against what's shown in the Release Notes section here. What is not up to date?

2 of 3 cameras have updated to the latest firmware which is 1.2.21616 the other camera the firmware is 1.2.16720
