My camera won't work. Says battery needs charged. Shows 4% charge but won't charge. Bought new battery and stills shows same thing. Have 4 camera system and other 3 charge fine. The one camera won't do anything or even show up on computer if plugged in to it. Is camera bad? Only Year old or so.

It sounds like the camera is bad. If you swap batteries around and they all work in the other cameras but not in the one, it's the camera. Especially since plugging in that camera also doesn't work. You have a 1 year warranty so if you're not out of that period, get a case opened with support here for an RMA. Otherwise, you'll just have to buy a new camera since there's no repair possible.
