ARLO VMB 3000 Base Station Offline

I have been trying to get my computer and phone app to reconize my Arlo base staion. It showes up and I can see the base station both the computer and my phone app. But it shows offline. I have both green lights on, but still offline.

they are from left; POWER - INTERNET - CAMERAS

Power and internet. The camera one stays Amber. I had new batteries in it.

A solid amber Camera LED means you need to claim the base. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to do so.

I have done that. The device shows up. But it says that it is still offline

You still have the amber Camera LED so the system isn't set up right. Remove all devices in Settings, My Devices. Maybe press the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. STart fresh by claiming the base and then sync the cameras.
