    <description>&lt;P&gt;If the Internet LED is off, you don't even have a connection to the router. The only causes are 1) bad router port, 2) bad cable or 3) bad port on the base. Use a different cable and router port to determine if it's the base tha's bad.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My base station is offline and there is no green or amber light indicating internet connection.       <description>I've tried this and it connects for a little bit. Then I'll check it and the light is off again and it says I'm offline.</description>
