Amber light on arlo power

I have tried everything but i only hace an amber light on the power light on arlo base unit. I've tried everything.
Can anyone help

You say you tried everything.... but have you done a factory reset?

Normally the power led is amber only during boot up... otherwise the base may be defective

Sometimes when you try to factory reset it doesn't work or it was done incorrectly. Did you use a paperclip in the back of your base station? Hold it for 30 seconds, there should be a green light, one Amber light. That's when you reset the base station again by holding the button on the side this time. Wait a min then see if again you have one green, one Amber. If so, get the camera and sync it. After you do that all three green lights should be up and running. If not, something isn't right but what else is new lately?

Are you using the original AC adapter that came with your Arlo Base Station?
