      <title>Hyper-naive question about contacting support</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I know the answer may be obvious but I am getting lost navigating the NetGear websites.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Where is a &amp;nbsp;link so I can submit a written support call. I do not want to do a "chat" or a phone call at this point.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However the only options I see are "Contact us by Phone" or "Start a Chat"&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The "email" option has been removed unless chat is not available. It's been that way for a while now.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
