Been using Arlo for about 2 years with no problem. Tried to hook up a second Arlo base under a different account and now the first base says it is offline. We have rebooted, factory restore, changed wifi connection slots, tried to re-sync one of the cameras, but nothing is working. We disconnected the second base so there would be no interference but still no luck. How can we get the first system on-line again?

To reset to factory, we inserted a pin in the reset hole until all lights went to amber. The first two lights went to green and third light flashed green and then went back to amber. Reset it again and tried syncing a camera and again went to amber after flashing green for a few seconds.

After resetting using the reset button, you also have to remove all devices from Settings, My Devices and start fresh.
