The base station went offline last night around midnight. I have rebooted the base station several times, plugged and unplugged the ethernet cable. The internet led never comes on at all -- it's not green or amber. What can I do?

Turn you modem, router and base off and then back on in that order, letting each complete its process before starting the next. If still no good, try a different Ethernet cable and router port. If still no good, open a case with support here.
