Videos disappear when clicking on library. Also, previous videos not there.

Motion detection working and indicates a file in library to review. However when clicking on it, nothing is there. Also, all prior videos have disappeared. We monitor a swimming pool, need help fixing problem ASAP. Thanking u in advance.

Try logging out and back in as well as using bothe the app and a browser.

Seawalker,

Adding to the suggestion above, be sure you do not have a library filter selected, this could be why you're not seeing library content as expected.

How do I turn off filters in my Arlo library?
