Are you always seeing the camera offline? Are you seeing a different behavior when viewing from another device? Can you provide more information about what you are experiencing?

Problem with iPhone app only showing cameras off line. iPad and laptop still work.

Do you have the latest version of the iOS app installed on your iphone? Visit the app store and make sure you have the latest version installed.
