Hi Support,

I am looking for recordings which I did several months ago in late 2017/ early 2018 which I copied onto my Macbook but sadly after I had a to format my macbook I somehow lost all the recordings. Can I retrieve them from an Archive please ?

TMK, No... there is no archive from Netgear.

At the best in the past, others have gotten back past 7 days ( basic /free service ) by upgrading their service level to a paid account ...either 30 or 60 days storage. After the 60 days, there is no way to get anything back

I do recommend using a Pro/Pro2 base with a 32GB ( or larger ) speed stick... the files are uploaded to the Netgear server and the speed stick at the same time... 32Gb would for most people support the time frame you needed and are a good backup.
