Arlo Outside Night Picture

Arlo cameras work fine inside day and night but the outside mounted camera has a good day picture but the night picture is a black screen. Can't seem to find any adjustment that shows a night picture. I tested night motion detection after install but since only a black screen.

Take the camera and ARM it... when looking at the camera and recording, you should see the LEDs around the lens glow slighty red ( they are visable as they are 850nm in freq ). ( **make sure night vision is toggled on )

If you don't see them, pull the camera down and pull then replace the battery to reset the camera....test again.

If still NG, you have to contact Netgear for possible warranty
