Arlo system has a bug in it that allows you to register an email account with the new .healthcare suffix, but when you go to login in states that the email address is invalid.

The camera sends notifications to the email address, but as a user you can't login. Called tech support to ask for assistance and was essentially told "too bad".

How do I get ahold of someone to file a bug report, for something that should be easy to fix?

Have you tried logging in from a different devices? Do you see the same behavior?

Are you able to provide a screenshot of the error?

Yes the website and mobile application both say invalid email address. After calling tech support they said they do not support any email addresses other than .net, .com, and .org. That is ridculous there are many other possibilities.
