Couple of questions. When the system is offline, what are the LEDs doing on the base? There should be 3 lit, all green. Of particular importance, it's the Internet one that should be green. Second, does your router show an IP address for the base when it's offline?

I'm having serious issues with my whole system going offline. If I reset the hub it's fine for a day or so. Problem is I purchased this for security monitoring and resetting the hub all the time is unacceptable. Mostly because I'm not there to reset the hub. If I was there I suppose I wouldn't need cameras anyways. So is there a solution to this or is this the quality of software this company builds? The problem is not with my network as I have a home automation system working perfectly.
