Check the battery polarity.
Check the battery voltage with a multimeter etc
Check the batteries can make a good contact with the terminals eg no corrosion.

Loosely insert the batteries and use the cover closure to allow them to seat.
Look at the front of the camera and see if a blue LED flashes or of you get an amber LED or nothing at all

Cameras not turning on

Hello.

I have had my Arlo system for a few years now and it has worked great until about a month ago. I noticed that my cameras were offline, but didnt have the time to mess with it so I left it alone. I finally started looking at this and the cameras appear to not be turning on at all.

What I mean by this is I have removed as devices from my account and tried to re-add them. When I tried this and followed the troubleshooting steps, I could not get the camera to sync. I added new batteries so the cameras and pressed the sync button on them for 2 seconds and the blue LED should have come on, but it did not. Nothing actually happened.

So I am wondering that even with new batteries and the LEDs are not turning on for the cameras, whats the cause and what I can I do to fix it?

Thanks.
