arlo camera just flashes blue light

arlo camera just flashes blue light solid for 2 secs then flashes for 4secs and doesn’t connect, this happens on all three cameras and batteries last only a couple of days. All cameras now show message “failed to connect”. All three cameras worked up to a couple of weeks ago, any suggestions?

Attempt to resync the cameras... make sure you are doing a quick press on the base unit ( not holding ) and then the camera

I used Arlo for a few years but have the exact same problem as you mentionned since two days. Tried to reset the Arlo base, resync cams, without success.

Did you factory reset the base station as well? If so, you may need to reclaim the base station before syncing cameras. What LEDs behaviors are you seeing on the front of your base station?
