Samsung smart refrigerator

I’m having problems viewing the live video on my Samsung smart refrigerator. It has the SmartThings app built into it and everything else works great, the screen comes up and offers you an option to play the video, but then nothing happens. Is anyone else having this problem?

It sounds like this could be an issue with the display device (refrigerator). Are you having any issues viewing your cameras on iOS, Android or the web client?

No, all others work good. I called Samsung and Arto tech support and both said to call the other person. 😞 I’d really like to use it on the refrigerator too! It works on my Smatthings app on my phone, tablet and computer... just not the refrigerator

Any luck getting the cameras to show up on your family hub fridge?
