Arlo won't recognize my e-mail nor for loggin, neither for password reset.

Hello,

I have been trying to reset my password many times now.

It's says that it can't recognize my e-mail. My usual e-mail/password combination doesn't work.

I'm pretty sure i have been using the good e-mail adress. Anyway i tried with my other two I have to reset my password.

(I have the Arlo cam's since a long time now.)

updating the pw can be a little tricky....

not only do you need to enter the new pw twice to make sure it matches, but you also need your old pw below your email address ( in settings / profile )

If you have truely forgotten you pasword, the only ones that can help you is Netgear Support... ( prob not this weekend as they may be running low staff )
