setting up secondairy user on google home to arm/disarm arlo through ifttt

I was successfully set up my arlo pro2 on my phone in order to arm/disarm arlo through ifttt by using google home/ assistant.

however when i was doing the same thing on my wife's iPhone, when i was finalizing the last bit of settings on ifttt, I only got"no options fund " under "which device "part. I did registered a new ifttt account for my wife, as well as my wife's Arlo account was also on the "grant access" list. we are located in Australia , the unit(4 cam pack) was purchased from JB-HIFI 2 weeks ago.

Are you also using two different google home accounts?

yes, i did. one for myself, the other one for my wife.
