Just out of curiosity, what's the result if you use ping or nslookup for arlo.netgear.com? I'm in the US and it resolves to a server in Ireland.

You can also use traceroute to that same server and look for triple digit response times. Don't worry about any that timeout, just check the times. Double digits are ok but when you get triples the latency will kill you.

I am a Hong Kong-based Arlo user with fiber internet 300Mbps and I realized the Arlo app/web is usually too slow and laggy to load live video stream. I assume the Arlo backend server based in US(?) is not fast enough for worldwide user. I strongly recommend to increase the performance/bandwidth/speed of the Arlo backend server.

Thank you.

Do you intermittently experience issues live streaming or does this always occur? Do you receive an error message or is this issue a delay in initiating the stream?
