topic False alerts when mode switches automatically, or checking in from afar in Arlo

I have an Arlo wireless camera in the garage that randomly sends false notifications when the scheduled mode goes from inactive to active.

When the scheduled mode is automatically set to be active at Midnight, that's when I get a notification, saying... "motion was detected in garage..." This happens at least once a week, even though the scheduled mode is for 7 days a week. This sometimes happens to another camera in our 3 seasons room.

I also trip the system and notifications are sent if I am away from home and I want to check the cameras. In that case, all the cameras are set to the "Alarm" mode. But it's always the same two cameras creating the notifications.

Have seen this on and off for about almost 3 yrs... haven't been able to track it down.

But if you have time, it doesn't hurt to contact Netgear support ( bottom of page , click two pages ) and let them know.
