changed batteries and now camera is offline.. tries to resinc camera to base station and no luck..any suggestions?

When batteries go in properly, the led should flash blue once...

Make sure you are doing a quick push on the base sync button only and then pres the camera button

Hi, I experienced this before. Try to unplug the base first from the power outlet for about 1 minute. Then remopve the battry for 10 seconds. Observe if there is a blue light after you close the battery door. Then re-sync the camera. Make sure that camera is just within 2 to 3 ft form base.
