Original Arlo, Poor Live Video, but Good Recorded Video

Hi,

Fresh batteries, reset base station, latest firmware. Regardless of whether I am viewing live video on my same network, or remotely, it stutter and is very choppy.

However, when that same choppy video is recorded and played back, it is perfectly fine.

Any thoughts?

First thought is what is your data tru-put..?

Second thought does it happen on phone vs web access ?
