Arlo won't connect

The batteries in 1 of my 4 Arlo cams died a few weeks ago. When I finally got around to putting in new ones, it would not connect to my base. So I removed it and tried to re-sync it. However, it doesn't seem to be reconnecting.

I hold the bottom on the side of my base to put it in sync mode, and the light on the base starts blinking. I then hold the Sync bottom on the camera. Its blue light instantly starts blinking, but never really stops (it certainly goes for more than 10 seconds).

Is there any way to fix this?

Open and close the battery door again. Power cycle the base. WHen using the base sync button, don't hold it - only briefly press it.

Somehow the batteries got so low that it wouldn't connect. Replacing the batteries allowed me to reconnect it.
