Device recognition for geo fence.

Hello, we have a standard Arlo base station with three cameras. I'm trying to add my wife's phone to geofence, but when we go to mode, geofence, devices, her phone name appears for a fraction of a second and then disappears. Her location settings are on and Arlo has access to her location. She has an iPhone X.

Are there any special characters in your wife's iOS device name? For example, most iOS devices by default name the device something like JamesC's iPhone. Try removing the special characters (JamesCiPhone) and see if you still experience the issue.
