Thanks

I've tried a pin and it is over 12 months old. I didnt expect it to fail so quickly. I have other cameras that are more exposed and working fine. Maybe someone else has an idea. I did think of trying a drop of WD40 on it to see if that frees it up

Hi

Having problems with a camera. Trying to sync it but the button is stuck in. Also the inside of the door flap has lots of dirt on it. It has not been left open. Any suggestions on how to free the button? Thanks

I guess you could try using a pin or something similar to carefully pry the button back up. You may also be able to get a replacement if the camera is less than a year old by opening a case with support here.
