VMS3230C Library thumbnails viewable, but to see entire video screen is black

In library, can see thumbnails which are clear but when I click on the play button, the video runs but is totally black.

When normally working except playback of video, the problem is usu FLASH not activated.

Make sure you flash is turned on for Arlo, or try another browser

Thank you. That worked. My computer updated last week and certain programs got their fine tuning changed.
