    <description>&lt;P&gt;You can try turning off your modem, router and base and then turn them back on in that order, letting each initialize before starting the next. I don't think that will help but maybe, just maybe.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried both the app and a computer browser?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Arlo VMB3000 - Base station offline</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't get access&amp;nbsp; to&amp;nbsp; my base station.&amp;nbsp; When I log -in from my home network or&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;any&amp;nbsp; other networks I see only information:&amp;nbsp; Your base station is&amp;nbsp; offline.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I did not change any settings , i&lt;SPAN&gt;nternet LED is solid green, power is on,&amp;nbsp; camera&amp;nbsp; led is solid green,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;DHCP is enabled on my router.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;It happend today, before I had the access without any problems.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I turned off base station and router but it didn’t help. I have contacted Netgear support and I was advised to remove only base station via application, add it again and synchronize cameras. It worked and I have access to all cameras</description>
