Chrome will not play vidoes in Library

Arlo Library won't play Video in Chrome. (FLASH is BLOCKED) I have set Flash to "Ask First" All the information I have gathered says I should set Flash to Allways Allow. This option is Not available. I have Uninstalled Chrome & Reinstalled it. Arlo works fine in Edge I Hate Edge Do Not recomend using it. If I download the Vidio it plays fine. I can see the Preview library Video in Chrome. The Video plays it is just playing a Blank screen. One of the Cameras has Audio. The audio file plays fine. There is just a Blank Video file playing.

Arlo is telling me "Flash was Blocked on this Page" How do I Unblock it. ?

My understanding is that Flash is only required for Live View, not library playback. I wonder if it's something else in Chrome that's preventing the playback

You're right, Always Allow isn't an option. What you need to do is add a new site to the Allow section. I use this to allow all Netgear sites:
