My arlo app said my system offline and the Internet connection light shows amber color ( the other 2 are green). This problem always happens since I bought the set. But in the past 2 months, the problem seems to be gone.
The problem came back since the new firmware updated. I tried many times to on and off the base station, also restart my modem, it still said it is offline. The problem still here even I reset the station. It is offline for 2 days.
One more question, is arlo has problem work with AT&T?

Take your modem, router and Arlo offline , unplug.

Bring them up in the same order allowing time for each to reboot before the next

if the base still does not come online to the Internet, contact support at top of page

If the above troubleshooting given by TomMac does not resolve the issue, I also would advise contacting the Arlo Support Team for more in-depth troubleshooting.
