    <description>&lt;P&gt;New to you as in brand new from the store or a second-hand unit? I suspect you mean the latter. You should contact the seller and have them remove all deices from their account in Settings, My Devices. You will then be able to claim the base station normally.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
