Just got Arlo 3 wire-free security system. All componets marked NETGEAR. Are componets interchangable with "ARLO" componets.

Arlo is a business unit of Netgear, just as their routers and network storage units are. The marking of Netgear or Arlo is of no importance as long as you aren't trying to mix and match any other camera devices outside of the Arlo line.
