Devices cannot upgrade to latest firmware

1. My Arlo Wire-Free devices never autoupdates.

2. When I want to manually update them, on one page (either web or iOS), it says:

Hardware: H7

Serial Number: <redacted>

Firmware: 1.2.4941 [Update is available] [>]

And on the next page, it says:

FW Version: 1.2.7730

Released: Jul 14, 2016

Notes: VMC3030 camera 1.2.7730

3. When I click the update button, it takes a long time, reboots, but nothing changed.

The updates happen in the wee morning hours during Netgears house-keeping activities... usu not instantly

You can reboot the base via the power button and wait over night to see if it changes.
