    <description>&lt;P&gt;One of my cameras indicates that I need to change the batteries.&amp;nbsp; I have correctly installed new batteries and continue to get the same message.&amp;nbsp; I even got another set of new batteries to try in the event that the "new" batteries were duds.&amp;nbsp; Even with the second "new" set, I conttinue to get the same message. Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Consider removing the affected camera, insert the new batteries, and then go through the sync process again like when you first synced the camera.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To remove the camera, log in to your Arlo account and navigate to Settings &amp;gt; My Devices &amp;gt; select the affected camera &amp;gt; Remove device.&lt;/P&gt;
