None of the lights are coming up on my base station.

Me to same.its almost 1 week. None of the lights are coming up on my base station.

My base station is not showing any of the LEDs. Once in 2 days it lights came for 2 mins. I don't understand why this is happening power led is also not coming on base station. It's more than a week now

It sounds like this could be a hardware related issue. If you're getting no power LED, this indicates the base station is not getting power at all. Have you tried plugging the base station in to a different outlet?

I tried connecting to different power outlets. Once in 2 days it turns on for 5 or 10 mins. This started after the outage

If the power LED is off or amber, you have a hardware problem, not software. Could be the power supply or the base. Open a case with support here to get faulty hardware replaced.
