      <description>&lt;P&gt;You don't say what OS or PC access your using....But, the easiest thing to do is try one of the other browsers and see if it works.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It could also be related to security software if you have any installed. Some users have reported issues when using Bitdefender. Temporarily disable any you may have and try again to further isolate the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
