vmb3000 how do i sync the cameras

i am trying to sync the cameras, it says to press the sync unit on the base and wait for the green light, my base has no light.

I also press sync on the camera flashes blue and then red.

nothing happens does not work, the app seems to be wrong or my base unit is different.

how to i sync the cameras

Press the sync button on the base quickly do not hold then one or two seconds later press the sync button on the camera

If it fails to sync open the battery door remove the battery and then replace it to reset the camera, wait about 30 seconds before you press the base sync button again

What LEDs are lit on the base and what color? Power and Internet must be green for anything to work properly. Did you add the base to your account prior to trying to sync the cameras?
