      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ever since Arlo’sbservice went down last week, I am unable to log in to the app or the website.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Its been fixed since sunday. however, custome&amp;nbsp;modes are still not working well as the recordings show up as 1hr or 2 hr recordings when they should be seconds.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;overall the developers are still working on the issues since last weeks down time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Switch off the base for a minute or two then switch on again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;See if that sorts things out.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All of my cameras have been perfect since services were restored.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
