I have three cameras.none of which will detect any motion outside of 6 feet. I have relocated,reinstalled changed detection to 100%,panned left and right of FOV,and mounted all above 7 feet. WTF. I have wasted hours on live chat only to be given the same crappy advice. Any suggestions besides throwing them out and going to hardware.thanks

Wow, sorry to hear that and I wish I had some advice. I have four units on one base, three Pros and one Pro2. At 100% they all can trigger at aleast at 20 feet. All I can think of is a an issue with lighting, either too much ambient brightness or darkness is washing out contrast. Just a guess.
