How do I activate the alarm in new app (version 2.4.7), relased in March 2018?

In the web, it's the BLUE BELL icon at top right..

In the Apps, it still appears in settings under devices ( base icon with bell ) or pull down

Thanks. But after the recent update the base station no longer appears under Devices

devices IN SETTINGS show the base, NOT DEVICES

But just use the small pull down from center top of apps
