Wait for the base to finish rebooting. See if that resets them.

The other thing to try is to pull the barreries and reinstall them. That should reset the cameras.

Brian

I purchased two arlo cameras (H7) in May of 2017. They worked great until about two months ago (Jan 2018) They will not stay online anymore. I also purchased a third arlo camera (H11) two months ago and it works perfectly.

Is there a reason for the older cameras to be losing their connection? I have moved them around but it doesn't change the
results. Older cameras won't stay connected, new camera works fine.

It could be an interference problem.

Brian
