This is really random. We have one Pro camera and base station and two Arlo (original) cameras and their base station. One of our regular Arlos stopped putting footage onto the right date when I check the library. The times are on but are all mixed up. Multiple days are on (right now) Feb 1. It used to be Feb 18! I am really confused.

I've been waiting for online chat for ages so am scrapping that. Any ideas? I guess i could reset and then re-pair it to the base station. I'm not sure what's causing this. The out of order footage and wrong dates are both on the Arlo app and on the website. I do get notifications of new footage in real time then have to hunt to see where it's hidden 🙂

First, try power cycling the base. Perhaps opening and closing the battery door may help, too. Otherwise, remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync. Verify that all firmware is up to date by comparing to what's listed in the Release Notes section here.
