Can’t set the length of recordings.

So, I have an Arlo camera that is not allowing me to set the recording length for some odd reason. Tried resetting it by removing the batteries and placing them in once again. Also checked to see if there was a new update available for it. The app says it’s up to date. This same camera gave me issues once when I tried relocating it to another spot. It would disconnect after a few minutes and afterthought dealing with that about 5 times I just put it back to its original location. Any advice?

Thanks beforehand.

Sounds like you need to use REMOVE DEVICE in settings and bring back as if new ( resync )

This will rebuild the modes.
