    <description>&lt;P&gt;If the 3 LEDs are green, it's a display issue. Try logging out and back in as well as trying both the app and a computer browser. If the app is failing, restart the phone and reinstall the app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Base Station Offline error but all LEDs are on</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If I use the app or the website I see the message that the base station is offline, but all the led are on. I try to restart the base station, change the cables and reconnect the cameras, buto nothing happened.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please I need help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
