    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like your using IOS ( or android )...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I do know in IOS, you must give it permission to download to the library&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;( in settings of IOS, under the actual app )&lt;/P&gt;</description>
