Arlo no motion is detected, motion indicator is no longer lit

Brand new Arlo camera - I just noticed the motion indicator (man walking ) is no longer lit and indeed no motion is being detected. I checked my Settings and it is set to record motion. Thoughts?

Are your cameras in the Armed mode?

Yes I just got new cameras, both armed, and they were both working fine. Now I just reset this one because I was having a problem with the display, now the motion detection is gone

At this point I would remove the power from the base station for one minute then plug it back in and give it time to reboot. Then check it again.

And, the motion detection is gone again. I will try what you suggested, and then I think I will speak to support if that doesn’t work.

There are many resons for these kinds of problems from a defective camera to interference and or placement.

Next I would switch the cameras and see if the problem follows. That would eliminate a lot of things.
