Arlo camera continues to send notifications after detecting motion

I have a camera that once it detects motion, it will continue to send me about 30 more notifications within a minute or two of each other.
Any suggestions??

Remove the camera ( REMOVE DEVICE ) in settings and bring back as if new

This will reset/rebuild the modes

Thanks, when you remove device do you have to take the camera down & re-sync it?

The general suggestion is yes although I've successfully synced the camera in place by pressing the base bsync button and then running to the camera and pressing that sync button. If the WiFi connection is decent it should sync fine.
